Susan is the founder of Mako Associates. She has a strong, diverse
background in product marketing, project and product management, technical
marketing, and systems development. Susan has developed market and product
strategies in a variety of market segments including Customer Relationship
Management (CRM), e-commerce, one-to-one marketing, security, retail
and professional services.In addition, Susan is the Director the Worcester Chapter of the Downtown
Women's Club and on the Advisory Board of the Center for Women &
Enterprise (Central Massachusetts).
Peter Sullivan, Principal Sales Consultant
Peter is a senior executive experienced in marketing, sales, business
development and channel development. He has extensive experience creating
sales and marketing infrastructure for start-up companies. Peter's experience
is in various market segments including networking, communication, on-line
marketing, database systems and professional services.
